The Richard family has been building solid, quality, custom homes for many years. The guys are accountable and intelligent with very creative ideas. They are experienced in all of the traditional A. Hayes Town architecture that make Louisiana homes special. They built our 4200 square foot home and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

In the spring of 2016 we chose Burlin Richard Builders to renovate our kitchen and dining area. We were extremely pleased with their work! Three months later our home was flooded with nearly 5 feet of water. There was no question who we wanted to rebuild our home. Once again Burlin Richard Builders did an outstanding job! Their knowledge, recommendations and suggestions helped us tremendously through this unexpected rebuilding of our home.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They do top quality work with an amazing attention to detail. I was out of the state for most of the work and trusted Chuck Richard to handle things for me in my absence. I quickly learned to trust Chuck’s advice when he called me with a suggestion or recommendation. He knows what he is doing and my trust was well founded. I could not be more pleased with the work. Our home is currently under construction and we couldn’t be more pleased with the building process and the integrity of our builder. Burlin Richard Builders is building this home as if it was their own and they have been amazingly accommodating. From the tiny details to sticking with the budget, and everything in between, they have made our best interest their top priority. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to see our finished product, we know it will be amazing!
